The Sociology Education Student Association (HMPS) FKIP ULM Banjarmasin is a student organization that is directly under the auspices of the Sociology Education Study Program. In order to increase creativity and explore the potential in Sociology Education Students, we will hold the BUBUHAN LEADERSHIP COMPETITION (BLC) which is a work program of the regeneration department. Bubuhan Leadership Competition (BLC) is a program or activity that focuses on leadership formation. Bubuhan Leadership Competition (BLC) is the process of a person to become a leader or a person who is expected to play an important role in an environment. The purpose of the Bubuhan Leadership Competition (BLC) is to shape the character of participants, especially the class of 2023, so that they can foster a competitive spirit in today’s era. The existence of this program is to find out the meaning of leadership and apply it in daily life, foster a sense of leadership in oneself and know the importance of leadership in social life. The Bubuhan Leadership Competition (BLC) was held for 3 days, namely 1 day of indoor classes and 2 days outside the campus (outdoor). Through this Bubuhan Leadership Competition (BLC), it is hoped that students will be able to implement it in social life, have a spirit of leadership, solidarity, and a high organizational spirit.
