he Bubuhan Sharing activity is a training activity that aims to provide new knowledge about Graphic Design and Correspondence. The Bubuhan Sharing Activity will be carried out every year always involving the Sharing Committee and HMPS Management, the Head of the Sociology Education Study Program, and lecturers who teach in the Sociology Education study program. This activity is not only a training or training, but also as a forum for discussion, adding relationships and insights into the management of HMPS during that period. With the theme of Sharing Graphic Design Bulletin “Developing the Skills of HMPS FKIP ULM Management with the Utilization of Digital Media Through Graphic Design.” And the Correspondence “Hard Skill Training in Organizational Administration Management to Improve the Skills of Quality HMPS FKIP ULM Management” has a difference from the Sharing of Bubuhan in the previous year, because this year the arrival of special resource persons was made. The resource person came from a student of the Sociology Education Study Program, FKIP Lambung Mangkurat University, named Resty Mahdelena as the speaker of the Correspondence. And there was a resource person from outside, namely Jaya Hari Santoso as a Graphic Design speaker. This year’s Graphic Design and Correspondence activity was held offline which took place in Rooms 33 and 34 which took place from 07.00 WITA to 16.00 WITA. The bubuhan workshop will be held on February 3, 2024. When everything was ready, the host, Putri Septiana, started the Bubuhan Sharing event. The next series of events was the first welcoming remarks from the Graphic Design Event Ketuplak, namely M. Iqra Rizky Rahmatullah and continued with the Remarks of the General Chairman of HMPS FKIP ULM, Mr. Ari Setiawan. The speech contained hopes or outputs produced by the running of the Bubuhan Sharing activity. The next event entered the core event of Sharing Bubuhan, namely the delivery of the program presented by the Host. Entering the main event, the introduction of resource persons by the host and also the moderator who will lead the discussion. Not long after, the discussion took place, the delivery of material about Graphic Design and questions and answers by each participant. After the discussion process, there is an announcement of the winner for who is the best to design in the Canva App itself. Then the General Chairman of HMPS FKIP ULM handed over the Certificate to the resource person as a symbolic award and after that ended with the words of Alhamdulillah. The event continued with a photo with all committees, participants and resource persons of the Bubuhan Workshop involved during the event.
After the Graphic Design event was over, the committee gave time to the participants to carry out Ishoma and the activity will resume at 13.00 WITA. After 13.00 WITA the event resumed, the next event was Sharing Letters with a very special speaker, namely Resty Mahdalena who is the General Secretary 1 of HMPS FKIP ULM. Furthermore, the delivery of material about Correspondence and questions and answers by each participant and after the completion of the discussion process, then the General Chairman of HMPS FKIP ULM handed over the Certificate to the resource persons as a symbol of the award and after that it ended with a speech of alhamdulillah and continued
